What are Roberts Pavilion’s hours?

Q: Roberts Pavilion is open for recreational use by: Claremont McKenna, Harvey Mudd, and Scripps Students, Faculty, and Staff

  • Monday-Friday: 6 a.m. – 11 p.m.
  • Saturday: 9 a.m. – 9 p.m.
  • Sunday: 11 a.m. – 11 p.m.

Q: How is access controlled?

All users must bring an active CMC, HMC, or Scripps ID card and swipe in.

When can Scripps and Harvey Mudd students use the facility?

Harvey Mudd and Scripps students can use the facility during normal operations hours.

Q: Can I bring a guest?

At this time, guests are not eligible to use Roberts Pavilion.

Q: Are locker and shower facilities available?

Showers and day-use lockers are available for faculty and staff in the locker rooms located on the first level of the facility, in the south hallway, adjacent to Sports Medicine. Additional day-use lockers are located on the first level of the fitness center, in the strength training room, as well as on the south hallway adjacent to Sports Medicine. All day use lockers must be cleared by the end of the day.

Q: Are fitness classes offered? How do I sign up?

Q: Is access to the pool controlled via the Pavilion? What are the pool hours and access policies?

No, access to the pool is not handled through Roberts Pavilion. Please contact Charlie Griffiths and Greg Lonzo for hours of operation and policies.

Q: Is access to the track controlled via the Pavilion?

No. The track can be accessed through the gate on the south side of Roberts Pavilion. Additional access is available from the north side of the track, adjacent to the pool.

Q: How do you reserve meeting or exercise rooms for group events?
